One thing you might not be aware of is our extremely useful online host family portal.
With just a few clicks, you can:
- Tell us your availability and block out rooms for unavailable dates
- View your upcoming bookings and payment schedule
- View the family profile information we have for you on file, and let us know if anything needs changing
- Upload more recent photographs of your home (especially useful if something has changed i.e. student bedrooms)
- Upload key documents such as gas safety certificate and CRB/DBS certificate
You may have received a welcome email from us shortly after your assessment, which should contain your username and password. If you don’t have this or cannot find it, please drop us an email and we can send you your log in information.
Once you have your username and password, you can log in at: https://londonhomestays.com/login. Once you have logged in, you can use the website navigation to access your profile information, availability, bookings, payments and documents.
