How Guardianships work

STEP 1

Decide which level of guardianship would be the most suitable for your child and then decide on the package you are interested in.

Click here for a full explanation on the packages and levels of care available.

STEP 2

Complete the online guardianship enquiry form or email us to request further information. Please be sure to include which package you would be interested in and any special requests concerning the care of your child while in the UK.

STEP 3

Once your request has been received, you will be allocated a guardianship manager and our experienced team will immediately begin searching for the most suitable guardian for your child, taking into consideration your request as well as the school your child will be attending.

STEP 4

Within 24 – 48 hours of your application, the guardianship manager will contact you via email with details of the proposed guardian we have allocated to your child. They will also be able to answer any questions or discuss any special requests that you may have.

STEP 5

Once you are happy with the guardian allocated, and wish to confirm your booking, we will issue you with the invoice for the service requested. The invoice will include full details of how to make the international payment.

STEP 6

Once the deposit payment has cleared in our account, we will confirm your booking, introducing you to your child’s guardian and making arrangements for their arrival in the UK. With your approval, we will also contact your child’s school, introducing the guardian and outlining the services and support booked along with emergency contact details.

STEP 7

The expense fund will be created with an initial deposit of £1,500. Once the money has been deposited, requested services such as airports transfers, mobile phones, school uniforms etc. will be purchased/booked to ensure that they are ready for your child’s arrival in the UK.

STEP 8

Finally with our guardian and guardianship manager’s assistance, we hope your child enjoys their stay in the UK, safe in the knowledge that support is there when needed.
