Information for schools looking for accommodation

London Homestays is one of only a very small number of accommodation agencies to be officially registered with the British Council. This means that if you are a language school, outsourcing the accommodation part of your business to London Homestays not only saves you time and money, but also means you will be exempt from the accommodation portion of the British Council accreditation and re-inspection process.

We can assist you in one of three different ways:

  • We can work with your accommodation team on an occasional basis.
  • We can manage your accommodation ourselves (working alongside a school representative).
  • Or if you wish to simply refer students to us, we can work directly with them to finalise the booking.

We have hundreds of host families registered with us across London zones 1 – 4 and our staff have over 20 years’ experience of working with language schools, even during the busiest of periods. We can work in tandem with your accommodation department (should you have one), offering support to your accommodation officer. In addition with our lower net rates for schools and international agents, you will still be able to make a margin on the accommodation side of your business while giving you more time to dedicate to the tuition side of your business.

We will be happy to assist you by offering a full range of homestays, private homes, student residences and flat shares.
