Group homestays in Worcester
We arrange group homestays in Worcester for schools and youth groups, working with experienced host families across the area. The city is located in Worcestershire, a cathedral city in the West Midlands.
Worcester is a cathedral city on the River Severn, with roots going back to Roman times. The cathedral, Royal Worcester porcelain heritage, and surrounding countryside offer a quieter alternative to larger cities.
Group homestay accommodation can be arranged in residential areas around the city, with placements selected to support well-organised group stays.
What group leaders need to know
Every group is quoted individually, because centre, dates and numbers all move the price. The practical arrangements are the same wherever your group stays.
Students stay with host families in twos, threes and fours. Group leaders and other adults travelling with the group can have single rooms if any are free when you book.
We suggest full board: breakfast and dinner at the family’s table, and a packed lunch to take out for the day. Half board, without the packed lunch, is also an option.
A local organiser is at the meeting point each morning and evening. Students are handed over between host families and group leaders with someone responsible present both times.
Airport transfers can be arranged for the whole group by taxi, minibus or coach. Ask for a quotation when you enquire.
Tell us the ages of your students when you enquire, so the quote covers the right arrangements for anyone under 18.
Larger groups pay less per person. Payment terms come with your quote.
Send us your dates, group size and anything the group needs, and we will come back with a quote for Worcester.
