Bring out your inner child!

There are so many different and fun things to do in London, why not bring out your inner child! Petting zoos, fountains, even a childhood museum!

-Take the singing elevator (JCB Glass lift) in the Royal Festival Hall, a weird lift ride that you will not forget in a hurry! Making you giggle the whole time.

– Vauxhall City Farm: such an easy location to get to with Vauxhall station just around the corner and not even a chance that you can get lost! You can meet a range of farm animals from alpacas to goats, and you can even take out your 20p and buy yourself some feed to really hark back to your inner child!

– See farm animals at Mudchute Farm and Park: so you may have taken a look around Vauxhall farm but there is no harm in exploring another, right? So Mudchute farm is located in the middle of the Isle of dogs, which can be reached by the DLR, so no excuse not to take a visit! They have a 32 acre site that is open to the public and has amazing views out over London, and the farm is one of the largest inner city farms anywhere in Europe. To learn more about the farm and the animals you can take tours that take about 30 minutes. Why not take a trip to investigate, take a picnic and make a day of it!

– Watch the street entertainers in Covent Garden: Be amazed by the fun if not rather annoying street performers! Covent Garden is a great place to be a child, with the transport museum close by as well as a wealth of amazing food locations and great little shops that are amazing for a stroll around.

– Splash about in Queen Elizabeth , 195 jets burst from the paving from a hidden water source below. The fountains are choreographed in different sequences and heights, tempting you to race through without getting wet. Can you beat the fountains?

– Explore the V&A Museum of Childhood, which houses the UK’s national collection of childhood objects that date back to the 1600s. What better way to bring out your inner child! The Museum of Childhood has lots of free fun things to do for all ages, from exhibitions and displays to activities, it is free to enter, however, some exhibitions may have a charge. The museum is less than a five minute walk away from Bethnal Green on the Central line.
