Twickenham is a part of London, inside Richmond upon Thames borough, England. It will take you 35 minutes to reach London center.

Eel Pie Island Eel Pie Island is an island in the River Thames at Twickenham in the Borough of Richmond upon Thames, London. It is situated on the Tideway and can be reached only by footbridge or boat. The island was known as a major jazz and blues venue in the 1960s.

York House Gardens The front gardens are largely a public car park and tennis courts. The rear gardens are bisected by a public road but run to the River Thames and are open to the public, with the sunken lawn sometimes used for open-air theatre in the summer. A stone footbridge connects the two halves of the gardens. The Riverside gardens contain a Cut Leaf Beech that has been designated one of the “Great Trees of London”.

World Rugby Museum The World Rugby Museum in the East Stand of Twickenham Stadium formerly opened as ‘The Museum of Rugby’ in 1996. It became the World Rugby Museum in 2007. Its collection comprises over 37,000 pieces of rugby memorabilia, boots, balls, jerseys, programmes, match-tickets, books and assorted paraphernalia.

Twickenham Stadium is a rugby union stadium in Twickenham, south west London, England. The stadium hosts home test matches for the England national rugby union team.

Transport

Train

South West Trains services toward Vauxhall or Waterloo, it is really easy to reach London center. From Vauxhall, there is underground services to Oxford Circus or Green Park for example.

Buses

Really wide services from Twickenham. You can reach all the part of London. From Twickenham, there is bus services toward Teddington, Fulwell or Powder Mill
