Morden

Morden is a district in the London Borough of Merton. It is located approximately 8 miles (13 km) South-southwest of central London between Merton Park and Wimbledon (to the north), Mitcham (to the east), Sutton (to the south) and Worcester Park (to the west).>

Morden Hall Park is a key feature of the Morden area with large, period buildings located within its boundaries. It is a National Trust park, and is located on the banks of the River Wandle, near the town centre and few hundred yards from Morden Underground station.

Transport

Tube

Morden is a London Underground station. The station is the southern terminus for the Northern line and is the most southerly station on the Underground network. The next station north is South Wimbledon. The station is located on London Road (A24), and is in Travelcard Zone 4. Nearby are Morden Hall Park, the Baitul Futuh Mosque and Morden Park.

Buses

There are many bus routes going through Morden, serving Belmont, Hackbridge, Putney Bridge, North Cheam, Brixton, Crystal Palace, Sutton, Wimbledon, Herne Hill, Epsom and Colliers Wood.
